Battle Ropes
Battle Ropes are a great conditioning tool and they are a fun way to build endurance and increase cardio in a safe zone for EVERYONE. It can be used with other exercises or a standalone conditioning session.
Pick and choose a variation and start with 20s of work with a 40s rest. Do anywhere from 5 - 10 rounds with maximal effort during the work zone.
